We've been asked a lot of questions about Rabbit Message. In our commitment to improve our directory service, we've gathered the top questions for you. If you don't see an answer here that helps you, simply contact us and we'll be more than happy to help.

  • 1. How does the 'Daily' usage work?
    • The 'Daily' option located on your profile page offers unrestricted access to all of Rabbit Message services for 24 hours from time of start. If you send bulk messages and the total delivery time to send all messages exceeds the 24 hour period, all messages will continue to send even after your time has expired. To stop this process after the 24 hours is complete, simply disconnect Rabbit Message from your Twitter account, under settings.

  • 2. Twitter says I can't send any messages… what's happening?
    • Twitter limits the number of API requests for sending messages. This means that if your account has reached that limit, you'll need to wait for Twitter's system to reset (usually 24 hours). But don't worry because your messages have been saved on our servers and will begin sending automatically once your account is able to send messages again. Additionally, Rabbit Message is designed to avoid triggering red flags in the Twitter system.

  • 3. Does this system support Twitter's DM new character limit of 10,000?
    • It sure does!

  • 4. Can I advertise with Rabbit Message?
    • You sure can. Contact us and let us know what you're looking for.

  • 5. My account has been flagged as spam by Twitter, what do I do?
    • Begin the process of contacting Twitter and find out why. Also, your messages may be spammy, which really annoys people. Spam is not what our system is meant for. Be sure to read our 'Best Practices' in the Info section for more about that. Also, don't be annoying, always show respect and genuine interest, seriously it's way more interesting.

  • 6. How do I cancel my subscription?
    • Log into your Paypal account, you can cancel the subscription using their system, easily and at any time. We're pretty cool dudes here so if you feel the need to cancel, we respect that and hope you'll let us know how to improve our service in the future.

  • 7. Are refunds available?
    • We currently do not offer refunds, but we're also really approachable, so contact us if there is an issue and we'll consider each refund request on its own basis. We're cool like that.

  • 8. Help! Robots are attacking!
    • Whoa! Calm down and take a breath. We're really cool people over here and are more than willing to listen with the goal of helping you. As for saving the world, sadly we don't have a department for that service. Please email us regarding any non-apocalyptic events:
